Eddie Parrish was born in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in the small town of Quinlan, about 50 miles east of Dallas. He enrolled in the Brown Trail School of Preaching in Bedford, Texas, in 1988 at the age of 19. Since his graduation in 1990, he has preached for the following churches: Boles Home Church of Christ (Quinlan, Texas) Patrick Street Church of Christ (Dublin, Texas) Collinsville Church of Christ (Collinsville, Texas) 21st and Eisenhower Church of Christ (Odessa, Texas) University Church of Christ (Tyler, Texas) Graeber Road Church of Christ (Rosenberg, Texas) Eddie is now in his second tour of duty with Brown Trail. From 2002-2004, he worked full-time with the BTSOP as an administrator and instructor. In August of 2004, he transitioned into the pulpit at Brown Trail when Maxie Boren retired. Eddie remained in that capacity until August of 2014, when he moved to Rosenberg, Texas. Three years later, the BT elders asked Eddie to come back and work with them again as the pulpit minister, which he has been doing since July of 2017. In addition to his pulpit work and school of preaching work at Brown Trail, Eddie served for 8 years as the speaker for The Truth in Love, a half-hour television program sponsored by the Brown Trail congregation (www.ttil.tv). He has done additional television and video work with the Gospel Broadcasting Network (www.gbntv.org) and World Video Bible School (www.wvbs.org). While a student at Brown Trail, Eddie met Mary Powell. They were married in 1991 and she has stood faithfully by his side and supported him ever since. Eddie and Mary have been blessed with two wonderful sons: Amos and Daniel.

John O’Dell was born about 50 miles northeast of Columbus, OH in the small town of Mount Vernon. Less than two weeks after turning 18, John enrolled at the Memphis School of Preaching in Memphis, TN. John then studied at the West Virginia School of Preaching in Moundsville, WV, and once again enrolled at the Memphis School of Preaching, taking graduate level classes, which he completed in June 2022. Since graduating from preaching school in 2005, John has worked with the following congregations: South Main Church of Christ (New Lexington, OH) State Route 38 Church of Christ (Washington Court House, OH) Evans Church of Christ (Evans, GA) John met the love of his life, Rachel Baxter of Denver, CO, in October 2013, and they were wed in December 2014. Rachel has been John faithful companion and friend ever since.

Willie A. Alvarenga es egresado de la Escuela de Predicación de Brown Trail Departamento Inglés (2001). Por los últimos 19 años ha trabajado como director y uno de los instructores de la Escuela de Predicación de Brown Trail departamento hispano. Willie recibió su licenciatura en estudios Bíblicos de la Universidad Cristiana de Heritage, y una maestría en el Nuevo Testamento de la universidad de Amridge. También es autor de 40 libros. Willie ha predicado para la iglesia de Cristo en Brown Trail desde diciembre del 2022. Está casado con Lucy Alvarenga y ambos tienen dos hijas, Maggie y Vanessa.
